It's a very different sort of Club. It has absolutely nothing to do with business and everything to do with the exciting - and even educational - enjoyment possible only from serious, informed appreciation of the finer
things of life. It is a club which also requires an intimate, elegant atmosphere, where members can rely on relaxing amongst like-minded friends.

Effectively the unique institution we are creating is designed to offer exclusivity without pretentiousness or pomposity, providing an atmosphere which combines the very best of traditional, authentic wines and foods and a contemporary, informal setting.

For our 'exclusivity' relies on the exceptional quality, and, in many cases, the originality of the food and drink we offer - wines and foods, some world-famous and others which we feel have been unjustly neglected.

Above all we can offer personal contact with the men and women responsible for the creation of the unique wines and foods we offer at our events.

For underlying our whole philosophy is our passionate belief in the supremacy of Terroir, of the unique capacity of individual sites to produce not only the greatest wines but also the finest cheeses and other delicacies. But their creation also requires talented men - and women - with their own ability to interpret and enhance Nature's gifts and they will be present to share their secrets with us.
